Lim Legal Services has been founded in 2001 and throughout the years we always have focused in providing legal services to companies. We only give to the point and relevant legal advice always taking in mind the commercial interest of the company.
We can offer you our legal support in many ways. For the Smal Medium Enterprises we act as an in-house counsel on distance. Close to the business but not (always) in house. We like to play a role before and during the negotiations of a deal and thus preventing lots of time, money and frustrations afterwards when legal proceedings seems the only solution for different meanings.
For the bigger companies we can do the same but normally act as an external in-house lawyer. We can easily merge with a legal team for a big project or just to help when there is a peak in demand for legal advice.
